BUTTERMILK WAFFLES

1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil
Mix dry ingredients, then mix in wet ingredients. Start on high, turn to medium. Bake 2-3 minutes. Makes 3 (10 inch) waffles.
